Exchange Policy

• Exchange Only: We operate on an exchange-only basis. Please note that no refunds will be issued.

• Exchange Period: You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to send back the item for exchange or store credit. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Shipping Instructions: Ensure that the item is securely packaged and include the original packing slip or receipt. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.

• Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange or provide store credit within 5 business days.

• Store Credit: Store credit will be issued as an online code that can be used for future purchases.

Exceptions

• Final Sale Items: Items labeled as final sale are not eligible for exchange.
